We’ve been working on a way to make the Rainbow Tick work for SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises). This is essential as New Zealand is very much an SME based economy, and we’re pleased to say we’ve got it right and have started the process with Publicis Loyalty, a call-centre operator.
The challenge for us lay in ensuring the same basic principles that underpin the Rainbow Tick for large organisations are maintained, but in a way that a company of say 10 or 40 FTE can implement. We are confident we’ve got that mix right now.
It is great to see how the value of our work is being seen in so many different sectors of the economy today !
